Set back from the road in the pretty North Devon village of Merton stands the thatched Malt Scoop Inn.

Stop for a drink and a meal as you are passing through or extend your stay in one of our two comfortable and cosy dog friendly bedrooms.

When you step inside you will find a cosy and unique building, where you will receive a warm welcome and find a good range of beers, lagers and ciders including local ales, a wide range of gins, whiskeys and a comprehensive wine list.

Dogs are most welcome in the bar and large garden with their well-behaved owners.

Food served 12pm-2.30pm & 6pm-8.30pm during opening times. Except Sunday, where Sunday Roast is served from 12pm – 4pm
